This month we're pouring the spotlight on something special. Our Ukuni is an organic, single-origin Arabica grown in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea, and it's only available here online while stocks last.
It's washed and grown between 1600 and 1900 metres above sea level, giving the cup real clarity. Expect bright blackcurrant and papaya up front, with a rich panela sweetness that carries through to a full, soft finish.
Behind every bag is the Ukuni Women's Association, a cooperative formed in 2010 to strengthen and empower women across seven local wards in the region. For these communities, coffee isn't just a crop. It's the backbone of daily life, connecting families in places where roads and infrastructure are hard to come by.
Buying this coffee means supporting that work directly, one cup at a time.
