Tamu, meaning "sweet" in Swahili, is a single-origin Kenyan coffee with notes of clementine, berries and caramel.
Tamu, is grown by small, family-owned farms in the eastern coffee-growing areas of Kenya. These farms average up to 10 hectares in size with around 200 trees each, reflecting the smallholder character of the region.
Expect bright clementine and berry notes balanced by a smooth caramel sweetness, a flavour profile that captures everything we love about Kenyan coffee.
Tamu was developed for us by Taylor Winch through Volcafe Kenya, blending various grades from the origin. This keeps the price highly competitive without compromising on the quality or character in the cup.
