Grown by a collection of small farms in the Popayan/Cauca region of southwestern Colombia, this washed single origin offers delicate floral and spicy notes, balanced by crisp acidity, a silky body and a mild, clean aftertaste.
The coffee is grown at 1,700 metres above sea level in volcanic ash soil with alluvial deposits, and benefits from around 2,100mm of rainfall annually. With a cupping score of 85.5, it's a genuinely high-quality cup that rewards a closer taste.
